The platform
One platform for the full complexity of muscle biology.
Skeletal muscle research spans imaging, multi-omics, and clinical phenotyping, yet no single platform has been built to integrate them. MyoAnalytics fills that gap.
MyoVision module
Imaging
Automated quantitative analysis of muscle images across microscopy and clinical imaging modalities. MyoVision is the imaging module within MyoAnalytics.
- Histology: fiber segmentation, cross-sectional area, fiber typing, myonuclear analysis from IHC and H&E
- Ultrasound (MyoVision-US): automated musculoskeletal ultrasonography, validated with ICC 0.91–0.99 across muscle parameters
- CT and MRI: in development, extending the imaging module to volumetric modalities

Omics
Tools for analyzing and integrating molecular data from muscle tissue, from bulk sequencing to single-cell and spatial approaches.
- Bulk transcriptomics and proteomics: standardized pipelines for differential expression and pathway analysis
- Single-cell and spatial transcriptomics: cell-type-resolved and spatially-resolved analysis
- Epigenomics: DNA methylation and chromatin analysis
- Cross-modality correlation: link molecular signatures to imaging phenotypes and clinical outcomes
In development
Cloud platform
A browser-based analysis environment designed for multi-site research studies and clinical applications.
- Browser-based analysis, no installation required
- Collaborative workflows for multi-site studies
- Standardized pipelines with version-controlled analysis
- Secure data handling for clinical research applications
MyoVision established a peer-reviewed standard for quantitative muscle image analysis. MyoAnalytics extends that foundation to the full breadth of muscle biology data, connecting molecular signatures from omics, morphological features from imaging, and functional outcomes from clinical measures in a single environment. The field generates all three. MyoAnalytics is the infrastructure built to unify them.
